Shipping policy

1. Shipping Locations

  • Domestic Shipping: We only ship to lower 48 US states.  Most engines are not for sale to California.
  • International Shipping: No International shipping at this time.

2. Processing Time

  • Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed after 1:00 PM CST may be processed the next business day.
  • Stock Availability: If an item is out of stock, we’ll notify you via email within 24-48 hours and provide options for a refund or estimated restock date.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Free Shipping: Lower 48 US states only

4. Delivery Times

  • Estimated Delivery: Once shipped, orders typically arrive within:
    • 3-5 business days for standard shipping in the continental U.S.
  • Delays: Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays due to weather, carrier issues, customs (if applicable), or incorrect shipping information provided by you.

5. Shipping Confirmation

  • Notification: You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order is handed to the carrier. Check your spam folder if you don’t see it within 24 hours of the shipping date.

6. Risk of Loss

  • Transfer: Ownership and risk of loss pass to you once the order is delivered to the carrier. We are not liable for items lost, damaged, or stolen after this point, though we’ll assist with carrier claims where possible.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Your Responsibility: You must provide accurate shipping details at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, you’ll be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend it.
  • Corrections: Contact us at discountop@gmail.com within 2 hours of placing your order to update your address, if possible.

8. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • Lost Packages: If your order doesn’t arrive within 10 business days of the estimated delivery date, contact us at discountop@gmail.com with your order number. We’ll investigate with the carrier and, if confirmed lost, issue a replacement or refund.
  • Damaged Items: Inspect your package upon delivery. Report damage within 48 hours of receipt by emailing discountop@gmail.com with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund, subject to our Return Policy.
